Week one is done! Summer bathing suits here I come!


Okay, so it's been a week since I last weighed in and I am VERY glad to say that I have lost a pound and a half! Looks like my hard work is paying off. I worked out 6 times this week, cardio every two days and weight lifting/abs workouts in between. My boyfriend is also doing great, eating healthy and doing his Insanity Workout video every night. I'm so proud of him, and of myself. Remember you can do whatever you put your mind to!
